In Small Group Fundamentals you will learn the most basic movements that all human beings need to know to stay active and happy.Slowly and gradually you will build strength, speed, power, stamina.We will teach you about proper warm-ups, mobility and recovery. You will develop better body awareness and will learn about injury-prevention. You will also begin to tackle your nutrition and lifestyle.It is important that you set short and long-term goals and commit to a plan to achieve them. After 16-24 sessions, you will be ready to graduate to group classes.We are here to get you fit for good this time.
